This level of service offers contracted clients a priority system to ensure optimum performance of your UPS and associated equipment. Rest assured that EPT’s versatile technicians are experienced with your facilities, structure and layout.
EPT will contact you when your UPS system is due for the required preventative maintenance.
During this maintenance, the UPS systems, and all associated equipment e.g. batteries, remote bypass switches etc., are serviced with a complete test and calibration of the required parameters and functions.
This will also include important battery autonomy performance tests giving you peace of mind that your UPS and batteries are operating at optimum levels.
